💰 Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of AI-generated images and the computational resources consumed, all sales are generally final. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

• Service Failure: If our service is down for more than 48 consecutive hours during your subscription period.
• Undelivered Orders: If an order remains undelivered for more than 7 days without explanation.
• Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally subscribed, contact us within 24 hours.
• Duplicate Charge: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Generated images that do not meet your subjective expectations (AI output is inherently variable).
• Subscription cancellations after more than 24 hours (you can use the service until period end).
• Unused subscription credits at the end of the billing period.
• Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations.

4. How to Request a Refund

• Your email address
• Order/Sale ID
• Reason for refund request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days through Gumroad.

5. Free Trial

We offer a free trial (20 credits/month) so you can evaluate our service before purchasing. We encourage trying the free tier first to ensure the service meets your needs.
