1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using qiai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

qiai provides AI-powered image and video generation services through a locally-hosted SDXL pipeline. Service availability depends on hardware capacity and may experience queue times during peak usage.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or usage quotas
• Do not resell or redistribute generated content in violation of intellectual property laws
• Do not use automated scripts or bots without explicit permission

5. Intellectual Property

AI-generated images and videos created through the Service are owned by the user who generated them. However, we reserve the right to use anonymized generated content for service improvement and demonstration purposes.

6. Subscription & Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed through Gumroad. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Usage quotas reset monthly for subscription plans. Unused credits do not roll over.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for damages from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the past 3 months.
